Wednesday 7.45pm-8.45pm Relaxation Yoga

Relaxation yoga helps you unwind your mind and body.  Using gentle mobilisation and poses, deep stretches, calming and down regulating breathing techniques.  This class will help you destress, release tension, calm the mind and relax.
