Air conditioned room suitable for committee and business meetings or small group teaching, the St Mary’s Island meeting room is a light and airy space including air conditioning, is fully equipped to meet all your needs and all available for a flat hourly fee.
Our meeting room holds up to 24 people comfortably and the large boardroom table can be organised into smaller tables if you prefer a different seating arrangement.
The fully inclusive £20 hourly rate includes:
- White board and flip chart
- Pull down projector screen
- Projector with USB connection
- Free tea & coffee
- Free WiFi
- Pens / Paper
There are tea and coffee making facilities in the meeting room and you also have use of a fully-equipped kitchen to prepare food and drinks.

- Capacity – 24
- Weekday rate – £21 per hour
- Weekend rate – £11 per hour Room only
All rates quoted include VAT at 20%. Weekend rate applies for the meeting room after 6pm each weekday and from 6pm on Friday. (Tea and coffee is not included at the weekend price rate).
