Fitness Pilates applies the principles of Pilates such as breathing, centring, concentration, balance and control but it also involves functional movements for every day life. Fitness Pilates, will improve overall body strength, improve posture, improve mobility and core stability. To participate in this class you will be required to lay on your back on a mat.
Melt for Pilates class
Combining the Melt Method and Pilates techniques in one class. Using the Melt soft roller to prepare the body for the Pilates exercises as well as using the Melt half roller as a prop. Using the Melt soft roller helps you get a deeper core workout whilst reducing the risk of injury. To participate in this class you will be required to lay on your back and on a soft roller.
