Notes

* If your event finishes after 7pm at the weekend, you must be a resident of St Mary's Island to hire the Centre.

Commercial Block Bookings for 6 weeks or more will receive a 5% discount when the first 6 weeks are paid in advance.

For parties and one-off events a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the hire fee must be paid at the time of booking.

In addtion to the hire charges a damage deposit is also payable, this will be refunded in full 28 days after the event provided that no deductions have to be made. The rates for the damage deposit are;

£50.00 for events up to 7pm
£100.00 for events up to 9pm
£250.00 for events up to closing time.

If your event finishes after 8.00pm there is a charge of £13.50 for Wards Security to attend and lock up the building.
