St Mary's Island Community Centre was opened in 2005 and has formed the hub of our community since then. Offering a range of activites and Community projects this fabulous modern building is available to hire for leisure activites, social events and business meetings. The buidling has photovoltaic panels which provide some of the electricity for the lighting and heating. The Centre also has it's own car park. The Centre is owned by Countryside Maritime Limited, a joint venture between Countryside Properties and SEEDA. The building is managed on behalf of the owners by Moat Homes Limited. The office has 3 members of staff; Tracy, Nicole and Vanessa who are available to assist with all aspects of hiring the Centre.
